2013 Champagne Dom Perignon in Giftbox

Only the grapes from strong years - such as the 2008, 2010 and now 2012 - are used to make this vintage champagne and the quality is thus guaranteed. Of course accompanied by a very precise development process, the right proportions and dedication of the cellar masters. The 2013 Dom Perignon Vintage has a pale color and we see countless tiny bubbles swirling up like strings of pearls in the glass. The nose is pure, airy and refreshing. The first impressions are those of spring blossom and white fruit, but then the bouquet also offers dried fruit, fresh hay, toast, brioche and licorice. In short, a wide range of stimulating aroma impressions. In the mouth, the richness of the wine unfolds immediately. It has structure and is juicy, even soft. Subsequently, the taste turns out to be broad and deep with a nice complexity. The mouthfeel is lively and at the same time silky smooth. The finale has a fine bitterness with a slightly mineral salty note in the background.
