Acer palmatum Orange Dream is an attractive deciduous shrub with gorgeous colourful foliage. As it's name suggests it initally develops attractive bright orange/yellow foliage during spring, in summer the leaves become more of a bright green colour, these then develop into a striking bright yellow later in autumn.
This japanese maple prefers to be planted in a partially shaded position, prolonged exposure to full sun could damage the plant so some shelter is preferred. Orange Dream can tolerate most soil types, so long as the planting area is moist, but well-drained. We would like to remind customers that the images are for illustration purposes only.
